Liberty Towing to the rescue! I was so stressed after trying to jump my van twice on the busy street I was parked on. Liberty towing was recommended to me and I’m very glad I discovered them. Amazing customer service in arranging an immediate tow. And when Taylor got there he was so so helpful - very kind and calm, explained options and charges, and was willing to try jumping the van first (which worked!). Definitely going to call them in the future if I need!

If I could, I would give 10 stars. MEGAN, dispatcher? or office mgr? was great ! She answered my phone calls quickly ( multiple calls, as I was desperately in need of a long haul, flatbed tow ) , always pleasant and reassuring me that Liberty was going to get me , my dog, and my disabled suv home. She said she was sending the requested flatbed truck and would be at my location in 20 minutes. It felt like she lifted 100 pounds off my chest, and I actually felt I was going to get home with all my possessions. The Truck was at my location in 15 minutes. JACOB, the flatbed truck driver, was "my savior" , no kidding. I say this because as a AAA member, I had already been waiting 4 hours for triple A to "find" me a flatbed tow service, to get me home, 80 miles away. I gave up hope that AAA was going to be able to help me on a Sunday afternoon, so my wife (70 miles away in the other direction from my disabled location) found Liberty and called me with their phone number. Jacob was also great, personable, loved on my dog, loaded my suv and got us home in less than 2 hours. I hope I never have to call Liberty Tow Service again, but , if I ever need a Tow Service again between Wis. Dells a

I've done business with liberty towing many many times since 2020 as a diesel mechanic. I've only really had experience with their heavy duty guys. I'm most familiar with Quentin and Rod. Today my personal car broke down, and liberty came to the rescue within 30 minutes even on a Sunday. Taylor came out to help today. The most outstanding thing about liberty is that every employee i meet seems excited to be at work and eager to do a great job. its been like that for all 6 years that i have known them. Thanks for great service liberty.

Jacob in the international flatbed is hands down the best tow operator I’ve ever worked with and I work in the automotive industry. My classic pontiac had the transmission go out on a hot summer day. Was called by him immediately after getting off the phone with dispatch. I was given a time he would arrive plus the potential obstacles of getting there. He got there early with an upbeat attitude, showed me where other tow guys hooked it wrong and informed me of the correct way to hook it, and got my car back in the garage all within an hour. This guy is truly the best and liberty should be honored to have him on there team
